Aliens probably won't play nice says Stephen Hawking

When we think of aliens, we either think about Mr. Spock (the good alien) or the aliens from The Day the Earth Stood Still (not so nice). Stephen Hawking, the Einstein of our age, has gone on the record saying that the aliens that we might encounter in the future probably won't play nice. They definitely won't be Mr Spock.

According to Hawking, these aliens will have massive ships and having used up their natural resources on their planet, will be looking for a new planet to colonize. And mine.

We should avoid these beings at all costs. Because prior experience has taught us (Indians and Europeans), these types of situations usually don't end up well for one of the groups (read disease, extermination etc).
